At Aravali Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return, exchange, and refund rules carefully before making a purchase.
A. Return Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
B. Return Process

Please provide your Order ID and images of the product showing its unused condition.
C. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).

Refund Processing Time: The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account or payment source within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
D. Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aravaliclothingforman@gmail.com. For exchange, you need to raise the request within 3 days of item delivered. Once the exchange is approved, the replacement will be sent and delivered in the next 7 business days.
