Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aravali Clothing. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

A. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

B. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (If you offer free shipping, change this line to: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India).

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery across India usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on the location and shipping address.

C. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

D. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged or if the outer packaging is tampered with, please take a photo/video before opening and contact our customer support team immediately at aravaliclothingforman@gmail.com.
